1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”) and Ventarcus OÜ (reg nr 17173615), a company registered in Estonia at Harju maakond, Tallinn, Kesklinna linnaosa, F. R. Faehlmanni tn 5, 10125 (“Company,” “we,”, “our”, “ours”, or “us”), governing your access to and use of the website located at https://noscope.gg and related services (collectively, “Services”).

By accessing or utilising the Website or Services, you expressly consent to abide by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other policies referenced herein. If you disagree with any provision herein, you must refrain from using the Website and Services.

2. Definitions

• User: Any individual accessing, browsing, or using the Website or Services.
• Skins: Virtual cosmetic items for third-party games including, without limitation, Counter-Strike 2 (CS2), Rust, Dota 2, and Team Fortress 2 (TF2).

3. Eligibility and Account Requirements

3.1. You warrant that you have attained the age of eighteen (18) years or the applicable age of majority in your jurisdiction and possess the legal authority to enter into binding agreements.

3.2. A valid, active Steam account, compliant with Valve Corporation’s terms of service, is mandatory for all Skin transactions. You acknowledge full responsibility for maintaining your Steam account’s security and integrity.

4. Account Registration and Security

To access Services and purchase Skins, Users must establish an account providing truthful, complete, and accurate information. Users bear sole responsibility for safeguarding account credentials and all associated account activities.

5. Scope and Limitations of Services

The Company provides an intermediary platform facilitating peer-to-peer (P2P) transactions involving Skins. We neither directly own nor sell Skins; rather, we solely process payments and coordinate external transfers between independent third-party sellers and Users.

6. Transactions, Pricing, and Availability

6.1. All transactions concluded via the Website are final and non-refundable, except as explicitly provided under our Refund Policy.

6.2. Prices displayed during transactions are definitive but subject to change without prior notification.

6.3. Skin availability is subject to change. The Company retains the right to cancel transactions and issue refunds in the event of post-purchase unavailability.

7. User Conduct and Obligations

Users shall:

• Comply fully with applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.
• Provide accurate and complete information to the Company.
• Refrain from engaging in any activities detrimental to the Website, Company, or other Users.
• Abstain from infringing upon third-party intellectual property rights.

1. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights relating to Skins remain vested in their respective rights holders, such as Valve Corporation and Facepunch Studios. The Company asserts no claim of ownership over any Skins transacted through its Services.

9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

9.1. The Website and Services are furnished “as-is” without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

9.2. In no event shall the Company, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, or agents be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Website or Services.

9.3. The Company’s maximum aggregate liability for all claims arising under these Terms is strictly limited to fees paid by you to the Company within the preceding six (6) months.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorney fees, arising out of your use or misuse of the Services, or breach of these Terms.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Estonian law, without regard to conflict of law principles. All disputes arising from or connected to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively by the competent courts of Estonia.

12. Amendments

The Company reserves the right to amend or update these Terms at its discretion. Any modifications become effective immediately upon publication on the Website. Continued use of the Services after modifications constitutes acceptance of such revised Terms.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, such provision will be amended minimally to achieve enforceability, without impacting the validity of the remaining provisions.

15. Tokens

15.1. Transactions involving Skins necessitate the prior acquisition of Tokens called Scrips exclusively through the Website.

15.2. Tokens are non-transferable, expire one hundred eighty (180) days after acquisition, and possess no monetary, cryptocurrency, or virtual asset value outside the Website.

15.3. The value of Tokens is explicitly displayed during purchase and may fluctuate to maintain transactional equity.

15.4. Tokens may solely be exchanged for Skins available through the Website and hold no intrinsic value outside the context expressly stated herein.
