The highest tier for your game, unless you can convince us otherwise. But if you’re not highest rank, part of the onboarding process will be going toe-to-toe with people who are.
We currently focus on the most popular e-sports. However, we are planning to expand in the future, as long as it’s multiplayer. So even if you don’t see your specialty game listed on our website today, that doesn’t mean it won’t be there tomorrow. And maybe you’ll be the driving force behind that change!
In addition to being one of the best in the world at the game, you need a good internet connection, a good gaming computer, webcam, and microphone. You need to tell us which days and hours work best for you, so that we can help our community schedule sessions with you.
You need to speak English well enough but not necessarily native or fluent. As long as you can successfully teach people how to get good at a game, we don’t care whether your grammar is perfect or if you spell something wrong. All we ask is you do your best.
We will go through an onboarding process with you where we get to know you better to make sure you’re a good fit for our community. Once you are onboarded, we will help you prepare a curriculum.
For now, we’ve decided to stick to English only. We plan to launch multiple languages in the future. Please tell us the languages you speak and we’ll make a note of it for the future!
We pay a flat rate plus a revenue split from the 1v1 and Deathmatch sessions you host.
Your choice between bank transfer, PayPal, crypto, or Steam gift cards. Steam gift cards are only for amounts under $500.
Once per month.
We pay you gross as a contractor. Then it’s up to you to figure out your taxes. We pay our taxes only.
