Refund Policy
We offer refunds under the following circumstances:
- Within 14 days of purchase, unless you have used the service. If you have only used part of the service, we will refund the unused part.
- If we are unable to provide you the service within 28 days of purchase being made or, where applicable, within 14 days of the scheduled time of the service to take place.
How Do I Get A Refund?
In some cases, you may be able to cancel your order from your account. If that option is not available or if you prefer, you can simply contact us and we will issue a manual refund.
A refund is considered requested when the request was received by us.
