REFUND POLICY

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on NoScope.GG (the "Website"), operated by:

This Policy forms part of the Terms of Service.


1. General Rule – No Refunds After Delivery

All purchases of:

  • Virtual Coins; and
  • Digital skins or other digital content

are final and non-refundable once delivery has occurred, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

Due to the nature of digital content and virtual items, once Coins are credited to your account or skins are delivered via the Steam trade system, the transaction is considered completed and irreversible.


2. EU Consumer Rights – Digital Content Exception

Under Directive 2011/83/EU (Consumer Rights Directive) and applicable Estonian consumer protection law:

Consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts.

However, this right does not apply to digital content not supplied on a tangible medium where:

  1. Performance has begun;
  2. The consumer has given prior express consent to begin performance; and
  3. The consumer has acknowledged that the right of withdrawal is thereby lost.

By purchasing Coins or digital skins on NoScope.GG, you:

  • Explicitly request immediate performance;
  • Expressly consent to digital delivery beginning immediately;
  • Acknowledge that you lose your statutory 14-day withdrawal right once delivery has begun.

Accordingly, once Coins are credited or skins are delivered, no refund or withdrawal right applies under EU law.


3. Transactions Not Yet Delivered

If digital content has not yet been delivered, you may exercise your statutory withdrawal right within 14 days, provided that:

  • Delivery has not started; and
  • No Coins have been credited or skins transferred.

Refunds in such cases will be processed using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.


4. Failed or Duplicate Transactions

Refunds may be issued in the following limited circumstances:

  • Duplicate payments due to technical error;
  • Payment processed but Coins not credited;
  • Verified technical malfunction preventing delivery.

In such cases, NoScope.GG may, at its discretion:

  • Credit the correct amount of Coins; or
  • Refund the affected transaction.

5. Fraud, Chargebacks & Abuse

If a transaction is reversed due to:

  • Chargeback;
  • Payment dispute;
  • Fraudulent payment method;
  • Violation of the Terms of Service;

NoScope.GG reserves the right to:

  • Remove Coins or skins from the account;
  • Suspend or terminate the account;
  • Recover outstanding balances;
  • Report suspected fraud to authorities.

Abusive or bad-faith chargebacks may result in permanent account closure.


6. Prohibited Refund Scenarios

Refunds will not be granted for:

  • Change of mind after delivery;
  • Accidental purchases by the user;
  • Market value changes of skins;
  • Account restrictions resulting from Terms violations;
  • Steam platform limitations or trade delays outside NoScope.GG’s control.

7. Payment Method Limitations

Refunds, where legally required, will be processed via the original payment method unless:

  • The payment processor prevents reversal; or
  • Law requires an alternative method.

NoScope.GG does not issue cash refunds for virtual Coins once redeemed or used.


8. Consumer Protection Compliance

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits or excludes mandatory rights under:

  • Estonian consumer protection law;
  • The EU Consumer Rights Directive;
  • The General Data Protection Regulation (where applicable);
  • Other mandatory EU legislation.

If a provision of this Policy conflicts with mandatory law, the mandatory law prevails.
