1. Eligibility

1.2 By creating an account, you represent and warrant that:

  • You have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts;
  • Your use of the Services is lawful in your jurisdiction.

1.3 NoScope.GG may perform age verification or identity verification on a risk-based basis, including requesting government-issued identification or other documentation.

1.4 Failure to complete verification when requested may result in suspension or termination of your account.

2. Geographic Restrictions

2.1 The Services may not be available in all jurisdictions.

2.2 Certain countries or regions may be restricted or prohibited due to:

  • Legal or regulatory requirements;
  • EU or international sanctions;
  • Fraud or risk considerations.

2.3 You agree not to access or use the Services from a prohibited jurisdiction.

3. Nature of the Service

3.1 NoScope.GG is a digital marketplace platform that allows users to:

  • Log in using their Steam account;
  • Purchase virtual Coins;
  • Use Coins to acquire in-game digital skins.

3.2 NoScope.GG is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Valve Corporation or Steam.

3.3 All skins are digital items intended for use within supported gaming platforms. NoScope.GG does not guarantee continued availability within third-party systems.

4. Account Registration

4.1 Access requires authentication through a valid Steam account.

4.2 You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Steam and NoScope.GG accounts.

4.3 You may not:

  • Use another person’s account;
  • Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions;
  • Use bots, automation, or scripts;
  • Provide false information.

4.4 NoScope.GG reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

5. Virtual Coins

5.1 NoScope.GG uses a virtual currency ("Coins").

5.2 Coins:

  • Have no monetary value outside the platform;
  • Are non-transferable;
  • Are not redeemable for cash;
  • Do not constitute electronic money under EU Directive 2009/110/EC.

5.3 Coin pricing may be modified at any time.

5.4 Coins may be revoked or adjusted in cases of fraud, chargebacks, abuse, or system error.

6. Payments

6.1 Payments are processed via third-party payment service providers.

6.2 By submitting a payment, you:

  • Confirm you are authorized to use the payment method;
  • Authorize NoScope.GG and its processors to charge the applicable amount.

6.3 NoScope.GG complies with applicable EU payment regulations and card network rules, including Visa and Mastercard requirements.

6.4 Fraudulent chargebacks, abusive disputes, or payment fraud may result in:

  • Immediate account suspension;
  • Reversal of Coins or skins;
  • Debt recovery actions;
  • Reporting to relevant authorities.

7. Transaction Monitoring & Fraud Prevention

7.1 NoScope.GG operates a risk-based transaction monitoring system designed to detect:

  • Fraudulent payments;
  • Chargeback abuse;
  • Money laundering;
  • Sanctions violations;
  • Suspicious trading patterns.

7.2 Transactions may be subject to automated and manual review, including risk scoring based on:

  • Transaction value;
  • Payment method risk profile;
  • Geolocation data;
  • Account history;
  • Behavioral indicators.

7.3 NoScope.GG may:

  • Delay or suspend transactions;
  • Request identity verification;
  • Refuse or cancel transactions;
  • Freeze accounts pending investigation.

7.4 NoScope.GG reserves the right to implement anti-money laundering (AML), counter-terrorism financing (CTF), and sanctions compliance controls as required by EU law or payment network rules.

8. Delivery of Digital Items

8.1 Skins are delivered via Steam trade systems or supported integrations.

8.2 Delivery times may vary due to technical or third-party factors.

8.3 Risk transfers upon successful delivery through the Steam system.

9. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

9.1 Under EU consumer protection law, digital content supplied immediately may not be eligible for withdrawal once performance has begun.

9.2 By purchasing Coins or digital skins, you:

  • Explicitly consent to immediate performance;
  • Acknowledge that you lose your statutory right of withdrawal once digital delivery begins.

9.3 If delivery has not yet occurred, statutory withdrawal rights may apply.

10. Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

  • Engage in illegal gambling or betting;
  • Use stolen payment methods;
  • Commit fraud or money laundering;
  • Exploit technical vulnerabilities;
  • Circumvent geographic restrictions;
  • Use VPNs to evade controls;
  • Sell, transfer, or commercially exploit accounts.

Violations may result in permanent account termination and legal action.

11. Intellectual Property

11.1 The Website, branding, and software are owned by or licensed to Ventarcus OÜ.

11.2 Users receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services.

13. Account Suspension & Termination

13.2 Coins and digital items may be forfeited where legally permissible in cases of fraud or abuse.

14. Limitation of Liability

14.1 Nothing excludes liability where prohibited by law.

14.2 To the maximum extent permitted under Estonian law:

  • NoScope.GG is not liable for indirect or consequential damages;
  • Total liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the preceding 12 months.

14.3 NoScope.GG is not responsible for:

  • Steam outages;
  • Third-party service interruptions;
  • Publisher decisions affecting skins.

15. Service Availability

15.1 Services are provided "as is" and "as available."

15.2 NoScope.GG may modify, suspend, or discontinue Services at any time.

18. Severability

If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in force.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Ventarcus OÜ regarding the Services.
